Altering or changing stamp

23:3-60. Altering or changing stamp Any person who alters or changes in any manner or loans or transfers to another, a stamp issued under this act, and any person who takes trout during the period prescribed in section one from the fresh waters of the State without having a stamp as heretofore prescribed on his person shall be liable to a penalty of twenty dollars ($20.00) for each offense, to be sued for and recovered in accordance with chapter ten of Title 23 of the Revised Statutes.
