23:3-18. Antedating license a misdemeanor A clerk or agent who antedates a license shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Amended by L.1947, c. 159, p. 713, s. 10; L.1951, c. 226, p. 802, s. 14, eff. Jan. 1, 1952.
