Hunters' and anglers' license fund

23:3-12. Hunters' and anglers' license fund The "hunters' and anglers' license fund" shall be a fund which shall be kept separate and apart from the receipts of the board and all other state moneys, and shall be disbursed by the state treasurer on vouchers certified to by the board.
