23:2B-19 Taking, processing of fish on certain vessels in marine waters prohibited. 1. No person may take or process fish while on a vessel greater than 165 feet in length while in marine waters. For the purpose of this section, "process" means to clean and freeze, can, or otherwise process and package fish for sale. L.2006,c.18,s.1.
