Investigation of suspected violators

23:2A-9. Investigation of suspected violators Whenever the department has cause to believe that any person is violating any provision of this act, or a rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to the provisions of this act, the department shall cause a prompt investigation to be made in connection therewith.
