22A:4-9. Subpoenas issued on application of bar associations; no fee Whenever any duly authorized ethics committee of a county or State bar association which has been recognized as such by the Supreme Court shall require the service of a process of subpoena issued pursuant to section 22A:2-4 of this Title, every sheriff or other officer serving said process shall not require the payment of any fee for making such service.
