Ethics committees; process or orders without fees

22A:2-4. Ethics committees; process or orders without fees Whenever any duly authorized ethics committee of a county or State bar association which has been recognized as such by the Supreme Court, shall make any application pursuant to the Rules of the Supreme Court, the clerk of said court shall issue process of subpoena, or any further orders pursuant to said rules, without requiring the payment of any fee for the same.
