Payment of fees dispensed with by reason of poverty

22A:1-7. Payment of fees dispensed with by reason of poverty The payment of any fees to any court or clerk thereof may be waived or dispensed with by the court when a plaintiff, defendant, appellant, respondent, or other party, by reason of poverty, seeks relief therefrom.
