Factory buildings; location of

21:2-8. Factory buildings; location of No factory building shall be situated nearer than two hundred feet from any inhabited building or to any highway or to any railroad, nor nearer than fifty feet from any building used for the storage of explosives or fireworks, nor nearer than twenty-five feet to any other factory building. This section shall not apply to factory buildings existing on March twenty-fifth, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, in fireworks plants then in operation.
