Fire protection

21:2-11. Fire protection 21:2-11. Fireworks plants and all buildings situated within fireworks plant inclosures, shall be equipped with suitable fire protection, commensurate with the hazard involved, to protect life and property from direct burning and exposure. Such fire protection shall be installed as directed by the Commissioner of Labor or by the agency in the municipality wherein a plant is located which is authorized to enforce the "Uniform Fire Safety Act," P.L.1983, c.383 (C.52:27D-192 et seq.).
