Definitions.

21:1B-1 Definitions. 1. As used in this chapter: "Board" means the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Education and Safety Board; "Bulk plant" means intermediate establishments or points of storage and distribution, as distinguished from terminals and refineries, from which liquefied petroleum gas is distributed to retail dealers and consumers; "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Community Affairs; "Department" means the Department of Community Affairs; and "Liquefied petroleum gas" means any material which is composed predominantly of any of the following hydrocarbons, or mixtures of the same: propane, propylene, butanes (normal butane or isobutane), and butylenes.
