19:8-10. Location of ballot boxes in polling places The ballot boxes at every polling place shall be within the polling room or place, and so placed that the voter shall be able to deliver his ballot to the election officers after emerging from the booth before leaving the room or place within which the booths and ballot boxes are placed.
