Assignment of members to election districts

19:6-7. Assignment of members to election districts Any person selected as a member of a district board may be assigned by the county board to any election district, or transferred from one district to another after having been so assigned, in the municipality for which such person was elected, and the county board shall, on or before April 15 in each year, certify to the clerk of the county and to the municipal clerk the names of the persons appointed to the district boards of registry and election in the election districts in the county, specifying the municipalities and the districts therein for which such members shall have been appointed.
