19:6-14. Boards for changed or new election districts; appointment When the boundaries of an election district in a municipality shall have been changed or a new district created between the time of holding the general election and the time of holding the next primary or special election, or where the boundaries of an election district shall not be the same as at the general election, the county board on being notified thereof shall appoint a district board for such election district, in the manner hereinbefore provided for the appointment of district boards.
