19:58-5. Obtaining application form for presidential ballot An application form for a Presidential ballot may be obtained from the clerk of the municipality, or the county clerk of the county, in which such applicant was last registered to vote in this State prior to the date of such election. L.1964, c. 134, s. 5. Amended by L.1976, c. 24, s. 4, eff. May 7, 1976.
