Persons entitled to qualify and vote for presidential electors

19:58-3. Persons entitled to qualify and vote for presidential electors Any removed resident shall be entitled to qualify and vote for electors for President and Vice-President of the United States in any Presidential Election to be held in this State in the manner provided in this act.
