Transfer of permanent registration forms of removed residents

19:58-14. Transfer of permanent registration forms of removed residents The county clerk, upon receipt of an application for a Presidential ballot, based upon the applicant's removal from this State to another state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands, or from one county of this State to another county of this State, shall notify the commissioner of registration thereof and the commissioner of registration shall thereupon transfer the applicant's permanent registration forms to a Presidential ballot file until after the election and then to the inactive file.
