19:53C-21 List by district, number of provisional ballots used. 2. Within 15 calendar days after an election other than the general election or three days after the certification of the results of that election, whichever occurs later, or in the case of a general election on the day of the certification of the results of the general election, the county board of election in each county shall prepare a report which lists by election district, and includes a county wide total by category for, the number of provisional ballots, including any spoiled, void, or invalid provisional ballots, used in the election. The report shall be a government record that is available for public inspection and copying pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.).
