Transportation of provisional ballot bag

19:53C-12. Transportation of provisional ballot bag 18. Immediately following the sealing of the provisional ballot bag at a polling place on the day of any election, a member of the district board shall transport the ballot bag and all other election materials to a location designated by the commissioner of registration.
