19:53B-6 Emergency ballots marked secretly; violation. 15. Every voter to whom an emergency ballot is given shall retire into the polling booth or to the designated voting area, as the case may be. Not more than one voter shall be permitted to enter or be in the same booth or voting area at one time. The voter shall prepare the emergency ballot in the booth or the voting area screened from the observation of others. Any person or voter who shall violate the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a disorderly persons offense. L.1992,c.3,s.15; amended 2005, c.154, s.55.
