Enforcement of act by Attorney General

19:48-3.14. Enforcement of act by Attorney General If any provision of this act is not complied with, the Attorney-General, at the request of the State House Commission, shall forthwith proceed to enforce compliance with the same. L.1944, c. 7, p. 22, s. 12.
