Certification to Commissioner of Local Government of moneys to be appropriated; withholding approval of county budget

19:48-3.10. Certification to Commissioner of Local Government of moneys to be appropriated; withholding approval of county budget Whenever the State House Commission makes its certification to any county of money to be appropriated by said county pursuant to the provisions of this act, it shall make a like certification to the Commissioner of Local Government and it shall be the duty of the Commissioner of Local Government to withhold approval of any county budget which does not contain any appropriation required by this act until such time as such appropriation is included.
