19:4-4.7 False oath, affirmation, fourth degree crime. 7. Any person who shall make false oath or affirmation to any statement under this act, or who shall make any false statement therein, shall be guilty of a crime of the fourth degree. L.1960,c.195,s.7; amended 2005, c.154, s.2.
