Act as remedial; construction

19:4-4.6. Act as remedial; construction This act shall be deemed remedial and shall be construed in such manner as to assist the affiant to establish his lawful right to vote in his voting district in advance of casting his vote and to enforce such right, pursuant to law. L.1960, c. 195, p. 837, s. 6.
