19:34-54 Failure to obey subpoena or refusal to testify. 19:34-54. Any person who shall omit, neglect or refuse to obey a subpoena attested in the name of the county clerk, municipal clerk, or county board and made returnable by such clerk or board, or refuses to testify under oath before such clerk or board, shall be guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.
