Payments and bank deposits in name of another

19:34-41. Payments and bank deposits in name of another No person shall make any payment of his money, or of the money of any other person, in connection with any nomination or election in any other name than that of the person who actually supplies such money, nor shall any person knowingly receive such money, or thing of value, and enter it in his accounts or deposit it in any bank or trust company, in any other name than the name of the person who actually supplies the same.
