19:34-18 Interfering with return of ballot boxes. 19:34-18. A person who shall willfully obstruct or interfere with the clerk or clerks on the way from the polls to the office of the city clerk shall be guilty of a crime of the third degree. Amended 2005, c.154, s.37.
