19:34-14 Member of district board revealing knowledge of how voter voted. 19:34-14. If a member of any district board has knowledge how any person has voted and shall reveal such knowledge to any other person, or shall fraudulently or corruptly disclose what other candidates were voted for on any ballot bearing a name not printed thereon, or fraudulently or corruptly gives any information concerning the appearance of any ballot voted, he shall be guilty of a crime of the third degree. Amended 2005, c.154, s.33.
