Detention of persons arrested

19:32-46. Detention of persons arrested Upon delivering the person so arrested to the officer in charge of the police station to which he is removed, such officer shall hold and detain the person so arrested until ordered released by the magistrate taking the complaint hereinafter provided for or by other process of law.
