19:32-36 Destroying, removing, defacing seals, third degree crime. 11. Any person who destroys, defaces or removes, or attempts to destroy, deface or remove, such a seal shall be guilty of a crime of the third degree. L.1947,c.167,s.11; amended 2005, c.154, s.19.
