19:28-7. Copy of certificate delivered to secretary of state in certain cases In case of an election for senator, members of the assembly or any county officers, the county clerk shall within five days thereafter transmit to the secretary of state at Trenton another copy of such certificate, signed by him and attested by his official seal.
