19:27-8. Copies of writ 19:27-8. In case such vacancy happens in the representation of this State in the United States Senate, the Secretary of State shall cause as many copies of such writ to be made as there are counties in the State, and in case such vacancy happens in the representation of this State in the House of Representatives, he shall cause as many copies of such writ to be made as there shall be counties in the vacant congressional district, certify each of the same to be true under his hand and cause them to be delivered to the county clerk and county board of each of such counties.
