19:27-2. New register not required in unchanged election districts In all cases where the boundaries of an election district shall have remained unchanged between one election and the time for preparing registers of voters for a next ensuing special election, it shall not be necessary for the district board of such district to make a new register of voters, but only to correct and revise the register of voters used at the general election next preceding the special election.
