Designation or slogan on primary ballots

19:23-25.1. Designation or slogan on primary ballots No designation or slogan shall be printed on any ballot to be used in the conduct of any primary election in connection with any candidate or group of candidates for office, which designation or slogan includes or refers to the name of any other person unless the written consent of such other person has been filed with the petition of nomination of such candidate or group of candidates.
