19:23-22.5. Cost of printing ballots in certain counties In counties having a population of 700,000 or more inhabitants and in second class counties having a population of not less than 300,000 or more than 425,000 inhabitants and in counties having a population of not less than 150,000 or more than 300,000 inhabitants, the cost of printing of the official primary election ballots and primary election sample ballots shall be paid by the county but the county shall be reimbursed by the municipalities, each municipality paying such amount as shall be apportioned to it by the county clerk based on the proportion of the number of such official primary election ballots and primary election sample ballots required for use in such municipality.
