Certificates to successful candidates by secretary of state

19:22-6. Certificates to successful candidates by secretary of state The secretary of state shall issue a certificate to each successful candidate, based upon a statement of the determination of the board of state canvassers, and shall sign his name thereto and affix the seal of the state, and shall without delay deliver the same to each of the persons who shall be so elected.
