Oath of members

19:21-3. Oath of members The chairman of the board shall administer, and each member thereof shall take, an oath or affirmation in the following form: "You do swear (or affirm, as the case may be) that you will faithfully and impartially execute the duties of a member of this board according to law" ; and thereupon one of the members of the board, to be appointed by it for that purpose, shall administer to the chairman thereof an oath or affirmation in the same form as that which shall have been taken by the other members.
