Public announcement of results

19:16-10. Public announcement of results After completing the same the chairman of the board shall audibly and publicly announce the result thereof, particularly specifying the whole number of the votes in the poll book, the name of each person for whom any vote shall have been given for any office to be filled by such election, and the number of votes for each person for the office designated for him by such votes, together with those cast upon any public question.
