Voting for personal choice

19:15-28. Voting for personal choice 19:15-28. Nothing in this Title shall prevent any voter from writing or pasting under the proper title of office in the column designated personal choice the name or names of any person or persons for whom he desires to vote whose name or names are not printed upon the ballot for the same office or offices, and who shall mark a cross x , plus + or check in the square at the left of such name or names. Such writing shall be in ink or pencil. All pasters shall be printed with black ink on white paper. Amended 1947,c.104,s.5; 1994,c.77,s.8.
