19:15-21. Challenge on grounds of disqualification; oath 19:15-21. If a person shall be challenged as not qualified or entitled to vote, the judge may forthwith tender to him an oath or affirmation, in the following form: "You do swear (or affirm, as the case may be), that you are a citizen of the United States; that you have resided in this State and in this county for 30 days next before this election, and not elsewhere; that you are now a resident of this election district; that, as far as you know and verily believe, you are 18 years of age, and in all respects qualified to vote in this election, in this election district, and that you have not voted elsewhere in this election," and if the person so challenged shall refuse to take the oath or affirmation so tendered to him, he shall be deemed not to be qualified or entitled to vote.
