Title applicable to charter elections

19:1-3. Title applicable to charter elections This title shall apply to elections authorized by charter to be held in certain municipalities only in so far as the provisions hereof are not inconsistent with the provisions of the acts authorizing such elections and the acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto.
