18A:7A-31.2 Report on order to establish school district under full State intervention. 3. Whenever the State Board of Education issues an administrative order establishing a school district under full State intervention pursuant to section 15 of P.L.1975, c.212 (C.18A:7A-15), the commissioner shall immediately inform the Joint Committee on the Public Schools of that administrative order, and shall advise the committee as to the causes of the district's failure to achieve the requisite compliance with the quality performance indicators.
