Powers of state board, commissioner or local boards; effect of act

18A:7A-29. Powers of state board, commissioner or local boards; effect of act Nothing in this act shall be construed to deny the State board, commissioner or local boards of education powers granted to them elsewhere in Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes, except as expressly provided herein.
