Payment of State aid; date, method.

18A:74-8 Payment of State aid; date, method. 18A:74-8. The sums payable as State aid, as finally determined by the State Library shall be payable on October 1 following the final determination in each such year. Payments shall be made by the state treasurer upon certificate of the President of Thomas Edison State College, the State Librarian, and warrant of the director of the division of budget and accounting. Payment shall be made to the governing body of each municipality qualifying for aid under this chapter and to the treasurer of each county which supports a regional or county library system, and to the receiving officer designated by each research library center.
