18A:74-6 Emergency aid; incentive grant. 18A:74-6. There shall be appropriated annually the sum of $200,000.00 to be distributed by Thomas Edison State College and in accordance with its rules and regulations to meet unforeseeable conditions in any municipality or county, and to encourage the formation and development of larger units of service pursuant to law. The amount of such emergency aid or incentive grant shall be payable by the President of Thomas Edison State College upon certification by the State Librarian.
