Costs of administration and supervision of act; limitation

18A:74-23. Costs of administration and supervision of act; limitation All costs attributable to the administration and supervision of this act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder shall not exceed 8% of the total amount appropriated annually for the purposes of this act.
