18A:74-17 Administration of act. 4. The administration of this act shall be governed by rules and regulations recommended and promulgated by the State Librarian with the approval of the President of Thomas Edison State College. L.1973, c.381, s.4; amended 2001, c.137, s.38; 2010, c.87, s.46.
