18A:74-13 Appropriations, allocation. 18A:74-13. There is hereby appropriated for the purposes of this chapter such sums as may be included therefor in any annual or supplemental appropriation. In the event the sums appropriated at any time are insufficient to carry out in full the provisions of this chapter, the State Library shall allocate such sums on the basis of the method of allocation described in this chapter to the extent deemed advisable and practicable. A sum not to exceed 1% of such total annual or supplemental appropriation for the purposes of this chapter may be allocated to Thomas Edison State College for the administrative costs thereof.
