New Jersey Afro-American history program; establishment; purpose

18A:73-25.2. New Jersey Afro-American history program; establishment; purpose There is established a New Jersey Afro-American History Program to be directed, administered and conducted by the New Jersey Historical Commission. It is the purpose of the program to promote the advancement of public knowledge of the history of Afro-Americans in this State. L.1983, c. 339, s. 2, eff. Sept. 6, 1983.
