Higher Education Services for Visually Impaired, Auditorily and Learning Disabled Students Program

18A:72H-4. Higher Education Services for Visually Impaired, Auditorily and Learning Disabled Students Program 4. There is established a Higher Education Services for Visually Impaired, Auditorily and Learning Disabled Students Program within the Commission on Higher Education. The program shall provide appropriate support services for eligible students attending a public or independent institution of higher education within the State and promote research and development of techniques and approaches to offset handicapping conditions. All appropriate public and private groups, organizations and agencies shall be consulted in preparing programs and services for these students. L.1985,c.493,s.4; amended 1994,c.48,s.283.
